educationThe Family Heritage Alliance has been getting a significant number of requests for information on the Common Core Educational Standards which have been implemented in many South Dakota Schools (Private and Public) beginning with the 2013-2014 school year. The debate on the Common Core standards is starting to heat up with good folks on both sides of the issue. There is a strong conservative movement against common core, but there are also some surprises out there, not the least of which would be former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, who recently came out in support of these standards. We thought we would put in front of your eyes some of the resources we found helpful as we weighed this complicated topic. In the articles below, you will find numerous videos and links to online resources that may assist you in the process of drawing your own conclusions.
