On Monday, June 10, FHA Executive Director Dale Bartscher and Office Manager Bill Jeffrey once again began an exciting adventure across the state of South Dakota. This two-day blitz came with Ministry stops in Pierre, Highmore, Aberdeen and Plankington. On Tuesday some twenty-five Ministry Leaders met for a Pastors’ Appreciation Luncheon hosted by the FHA. Among those in attendance were Pastors, a local Priest, State Senator Al Novstrup, State Representative Charlie Hoffman and CWA (Concerned Women For America) personnel Linda Schauer and Cindy Flakoll. Aberdeen Christian Fellowship served as the host church and Dale writes, “The FHA is more than grateful to Pastor Jon Droege for his spiritual leadership within the Aberdeen Community of Faith.” Pastor Droege is the Lead Pastor for the Aberdeen Christian Fellowship and currently serves as Aberdeen’s Ministerial President. He recently returned to South Dakota after having spent a few days in DC (May 22-24) with Dale and five other SD Spiritual Leaders. A catered meal awaited those in attendance at Tuesday’s luncheon and the program consisted of Dale’s FHA/FHA Action Report, the distribution of Leadership Resources and the singing of “America The Beautiful”. The FHA longs to return soon to the Aberdeen area as were received in a wonderfully beautiful manner. Faith, Family and Freedom remain strong values among the Leaders gathered at this FHA Luncheon on Tuesday, June 11.
